Rates/Policies

• Smoking is not allowed in any room of The Gambier House.
• We welcome children 12 years of age and over.
• The House has central air.
• All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
• Wireless internet available.
• Prices begin at $110 depending on room and night of the week, plus state sales and county bed taxes. All room rates are subject to change.
• $25 per night charge for each additional person in room, as available (effective 1/1/06).
• All rates include breakfast.
• Credit card information is required to guarantee all reservations.
• For single reservations there is a 7-day cancellation policy.
• There is a $25 per room processing charge for all cancelled reservations.  Reservations cancelled within the 7-day policy that cannot be rebooked will be charged in full.  Those that are rebooked will be responsible for the processing charge only.
• All cancellations MUST be confirmed by phone or email by the innkeeper. 
• Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Arrangements can be made for late check-ins.
• Check-out is by 11am.
• Off street parking available.
• Guests have access to the Kenyon Athletic Center.
• Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
• Gift Certificates are available.
• The Gambier House is available for weddings, reunions and other special gatherings.
• Special celebratory packages are available. Please feel free to inquire about the Chocolate & Roses or Candelight Bubblebath romance add-ons.
• Block bookings (three or more rooms) for weddings, conferences, workshops or other special gatherings generally require a 2-night minimum stay and a credit card guarantee. They are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy and a 25% non-refundable deposit.
